Handcrafted Vendor Information
VENDOR APPLICATION DEADLINE: JULY 15, 2023
Vendor Acceptance Criteria:
- Only handcrafted artisans will be accepted.
- We cannot accept everyone that applies, you will be notified if you were accepted or not.
- 40 handcrafted vendors total. The more unique your art the better!
- Accepting 2 vendors from each art category. We will accept 10 Multimedia artists.
Vendor Space Available:
- 10x10 outdoor space for $50
- 10x20 outdoor space for $80
What will be included in Vendor Purchase:
- 10x10 OR 10x20 outdoor Vendor space
- 3 free water bottles during event
- A token of our appreciation handcrafted by Dynamic Pawz
- Vendor Spotlight posts, paid advertisement & business name on flyers
- Must have own canopy & canopy weights. You will not be allowed to set up without canopy weights.
- There will be no refunds if you arrive without canopy weights.
- If your canopy breaks someone else’s items/belongings or injure someone, you are responsible for the bills/ fees associated with the incident.
Set Up & Tear Down of Vendor Space:
- If your booth is not set up by 11am, you agree to forfeit your vendor space & booth fee.
- Please do not pack up your booth before 6pm. If you cannot stay the entire event, please do not apply.
VENDOR APP DEADLINE: JULY 15
- After July 15th, $10 late fee.
- Once accepted, you will have 1 week to pay vendor fee.
- No sharing of space. Every vendor must sign contract to vend at Artist’s Bash.
